• There are no returns on purchased art or custom order art, unless damaged by Orchid Mantis Custom Crafts.

• Custom orders must be paid in full before the order is produced.

• Production and time to ship for all custom orders is 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted on product page.

• Orchid Mantis Custom Crafts is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages due to shipping or shipping carrier.
