ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds offered. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours from receipt of item and we will work to correct the problem. We are not responsible for damages occurring in transit or by the shipper. Please file a claim with the shipping company if this happens.
We are not responsible for misspellings provided by the customer. Please confirm that you send the correct spelling of names, etc for your pillow.
SHIPPING INFO
Turnaround time for custom pillow orders is 5 business days from customer approval of design, unless otherwise noted on product page. Items will be securely packaged and shipped using USPS or UPS at the retailer’s discretion.
